Baked Rice with Cod and Cauliflower

Ingredients for 4 people
- 200 grams of cod, soaked and chopped a few hours before.
- 400 grams of cauliflower in small pieces.
- 6 spring garlic (tender garlic), cut.
- 200 grams of oil.
- 400 grams of rice.
- Paprika and salt.
Preparation
In a pan, sauté the garlic, the cauliflower and the cod, well fried; add the rice, mixing it well with the sofrito, and add the paprika. Pour it into the clay pot for the oven, then the hot water with a little saffron (about 700 grams of water, a little less than double the rice, because the cabbage will release water). Put it in the oven, not too hot, for 30 or 40 minutes. When you take the pot out of the oven, let it rest a few minutes.
