Arabic Orange Salad

Ingredients for 4 people
- 4 oranges, peeled and sliced.
- 12 black olives, pitted and chopped.
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped.
- A little grated nutmeg.
- 50 grams of salted, chopped pistachios.
- Olive oil to taste.
Preparation
Arrange the orange slices on a shallow dish or in individual bowls, overlapping them slightly, scatter the olives and onion over the top and then season with a little nutmeg before adding the pistachios. Finally drizzle with olive oil to taste. Cover the salad and let it rest a couple of hours before serving.
