Made with mandarins of our harvest, at its ideal ripening point, to bring the maximum amount of flavor and aromas possible to the mandarin marmalade resulting in a delicacy worthy of the most exquisite palars. With a refreshing taste, slightly acid and very bitter that combines perfectly with a sweetness that makes it very palatable but without becoming cloying.
It has an excellent softness in the palate and a creamy texture, of an orange color with red touches or stronger oranges and an aroma that reminds us the taste of a tangerine, is like eating tangerines to spoonfuls.
Prefect for breakfast or snack, smearing it on toast or even Croissants, also combines very well with cheeses, soft or semi-cured, and able to give a refreshing and unexpected turn to our desserts.
